I’m also 188cm and tried the large which was a tad too small for me. I think you’ll find the XL size way better suited for you. Yes it’s a little unwieldy to get your leg over but once your sat on the saddle the XL fits like a glove.

Cheers Philly, the dry run will be my rail 9 before hopefully doing a better job on the wife’s rail 7 which we also got today.

Thanks for the info, I’ll probably balls up putting on the invisiframe (have enough trouble putting on a screen protector). Once it’s done that’ll be enough for me regarding protection, the rest will be trying to protect myself from the trails.

After what seemed like an endless search for a EMTB in XL, I managed to pickup a Rail 9. Couldn’t be happier, although I’m holding off on riding it until my invisiframe arrives. Have found some great pre-purchase info on here from y’all (y)and looking forward to sharing my experiences also...
