This is another enquiry about order #177 - placed November 17th, received a notification that it has been shipped on the 18th of December ( to Germany ) but still hasn't arrived ... I know it was Christmas time but over 2 1/2 weeks for shipping within Europe seem far too Long ... this starts to...
Just checked that Status via the link from the order confirmation - says 'awaiting processing' ... I thought dispatching for the orders placed in November has begun ? Can you please check ? ( my order was placed on November 17th - order number #177 )
