    Bontrager freewheel.

They're really tight the first time off. After that they just pop off.

IIt's tight. Keep pulling. It'll come straight off. Just make sure you're taking the end caps off first.

    ZEB settings on your Rail

My ZEB had two tokens which I removed both . Factory guide says I need around 90 psi to achieve 25% sag. I had to lower it to 70psi to achieve 25% sag. After I made this change I now LOVE how it feels for me at 205 pounds.

It's simply not single click. It will work fine. Having said that, a loaner I had did not have a single click shifter and when new to the bike I shifted under power and trashed the cassette. I'll stick to single click.

    High pitch vibration from brakes

If you can make the noise when tapping the rotor when not moving, check the rotor screws for proper torque as they could be loose. My Rail has been in the shop for horrible rotor noise when pedaling, implying the torque from the motor is twisting the triangle pulling the rotor into the pads. It...

    Trek Rail 9.7 owner

Riding a demo and waiting for my 9.7 in Phazer Purple! to show up. Stuck in China I suppose. Probably alone on this, but I wish a smaller (lighter) battery was available. Rode 28 miles and 2980 ft of elevation today and still had two battery indicators left. I typically ride less than 20 miles...
