    Should I get my rear wheel rebuilt (e13trs carbon ) on yt prorace decoy 2019 Nipples keep failing and bike shop said Better to rebuild with brass nipples . Was not sure if I should purchase a new hope wheel instead for 279 vs rebuild e13 for 88
