Taken into lbs, Harrogate Specialized and they suggest a TCU required. Awaiting part but delays atm. Will come back once a solution found. Lost 4 weeks now so using old HT ... But I do miss the assistance...

2 weeks later and new TCU but £150 as no longer under warranty..
Definitely open. Again I've gone back to the bike and it's ok after 1 hour. I bet after 2 it's dead again. Hence I'm not sure what power source is used for that initial on button press. It must be the main battery linked to the motor then harness up to TCU?
The connectors have been in the sun(what sun? This is the UK) and it's 3 weeks since it happened so I'm sure it's dry. I'll get some grease though for future issues.
If it's a TCU/harness then it'll be ££ but motor will be covered.
Same issue here but bought 2nd hand 2020 carbon comp 4 months ago with 15 month motor warranty still (2nd motor) but not on TCU. Ok until 2 weeks ago. A pain as I don't want to keep using torx to access green cable pre ride. Local Specialized in Harrogate hopefully can sort but imo it's harness...
