    Can anyone recommend the right Loctite to use? Is it 242? Crank arm fell off mid ride a few days ago, not fun. Luckily no parts lost but need to get this sorted beyond tightening up pre-ride.

    After 2 pretty tame rides (no big drops or anything) my new Rise M-Team has a pronounced creak coming from the crank area, what I'd usually assume on a normal bike to be the bottom bracket creaking. Do you think this is an indication of the same issue? Did not expect this given the price

    For the grommets wait till winter, hoping the rubber will shrink just enough in the cold to go in nicely. To fit new fork seals (another bike) which were far too tight and impossible to get it, I put them in the freezer first, worked a treat

    Which compound did you go for? the Gum-X or Magic-X? Out on the Decoy this week and the back is getting knocked off line a lot on wet roots. Very sketch. Keen to go down to 2.6. DId you find the BB dropped any?

    I’m just shy of 5’7” and went for a M based on the chart. Love riding it but it’s a handful when things get tight though a blast downhill. Really I should have got a S and I’d swap if I could
