Damin, amazing transformation. Know we're getting off topic, but did you change anything else besides biking to make such improvements? Assume diet perhaps? You're a great inspiration for the health benefits biking can provide.
I'm 6'3" and I went with the S5 and it's been great. I'm not an expert by any means but I fell right in the sweet spot for what Specialized recommends and I've been quite satisfied with the fit and feel. Only thing I might have experimented with is a taller saddle height as mine seems maxed out...
