Did you figure out the cable routing for the dropper? I've got my motor pulled out to try to see how the dropper cable housing goes upward after the picture you show.

Agreed. And very simple to maintain and easily rebuilt. Worth buying their hub toolkit and lubes.

I have i9 Hydras for my gravel bike, i9 Torches on MTB, and a set of i9 1|1s on my eMTB. The 1|1s are ok but extremely curious on how Hydras would react on my eMTB. I think that the high engagement would blast me after a stop pedal when avoiding pedal strikes!!!

I was in the same boat, and got impatient having a bike I could not ride. Thankfully, I was able to get full refund. I never got a change to ride the bike... Hope this gets resolved soon!

Have you received any communication from your shop or SC on when your issue will be resolved?

Update. Received a refund on the Heckler and ordered a Bullit instead. Stoked.

I talked to the rep yesterday. I was told the design for the new part was in the works and would still need approval from the consumer review and safety groups. Then manufacturing would happen. Then distribution to all shops. Then installation. As a designer, I know this is not a two week...

Not sure. I haven’t been able to pick up my bike since the SC rep won’t release it to me because of the issue. I haven’t been able to find any documentation from SC.

In other words, the shop let me pay before informing me of the issue.

This is horrible. I was out of the country when I purchased my 22 Heckler. After I paid, I received a call that I could not receive my bike because of the stop sale.
