    Mission Control New Specialized app?

Bumping this back up to the top. I don't connect my bike to the phone very often. Just installed this new app as it seems MC now forces you to and no longer works. Its been a while since I have done a firmware update (pre 80% charge limit option). This new app does not even tell me what...

I like the Öhlins multi chamber air spring design. However the other driving decision was based on my experience with their products in the automotive world.

Levo Gen 2 2021 Turbo Levo Owners Thread

Just installed my new Öhlins m.2 fork... can’t use it yet as my front wheel won’t fit ? I have the base model which came with the Rockshox 35 fork. On this fork it seems Specialized used the Rockshox specific 31mm torque caps on the hubs which don’t fit. Spoke to Specialized and they helped me...

    Torque caps

I just went through this with my 2021 base model Levo that came with the Rockshox 35 when attempting to upgrade the fork. I got ahold of Specialized and they confirmed you will need part # S205900002

Rockshox Torque -> Standard Hub End caps

I think it is a Specialized hub. I’ll try to give them a call tomorrow. Alternatively I’ll probably just have them turned down on a lathe.

Rockshox Torque -> Standard Hub End caps

I have a 2021 Turbo Levo base model which came with a Rockshox 35 front fork. I just upgraded to an Ohlins m.2 fork but my wheel will not fit into the fork due to the end cap diameter on the hubs. It seems I have specific Rockshox Torque end caps (31mm diameter) on my hub. The hub is 15 x...

Nevermind, just saw your post on the 2021 thread... Yeah I have a base model. The fork is definitely not a coil fork, it is air.

I'll give it another go and make sure to get the pistons fully compressed. Thanks!

Levo Gen 2 220mm floating disc questions

Yes. I used the wedge that came with the bike to compress the calipers prior to putting the wheels back on. However I also clamped the pads to the rotor after the wheel was installed / before tightening down the caliper.

Levo Gen 2 220mm floating disc questions

I also just installed those exact same rotors (Magura 220 F / 203 R) on my 2021 with the OEM Guide RE calipers and OEM pads. I initially torqued the calipers while holding down the brakes. This resulted in a lot of rubbing. I then readjusted the calipers by hand while spinning the wheels and...

My new 2021 Levo Base model. A little over 150 miles on it now and it has been incredible. Collecting parts to start the upgrade process as I was not able to find a comp. Ohlins are on the way :)
