  • Hi Jim, I'm interested in an LCE930. Is it possible to run the rear at 160mm travel with 29" wheels? If so, what size shock would be required? Thank you!
Hi JimLee,I wanted to ask you if your company is planning to create VPP frames for m820 engine. Thanks
I am looking at the LCE930 to do a lightweight emtb build. But I have a couple of questions
    1. Is it possible to get the frame with provisions for non headset cable routing?
    2. Can the frame and fork travel be bumped up to say 170mm fork 160mm frame travel?

    Many thanks

Hi Tom, thanks for your message.
    1. Now that external routing is acceptable, we were able to cut a hole on each side of the head tube to accommodate two cables. Holds up to four cables in total.
    2. For front and rear travel, we recommend that the front and rear travel should not exceed 160mm, which is also the scope of our warranty.

    Jim,
Im told there is an issue with LCE930 large frame making? i ordered from field alibaba and shipping delayed by a week something about the curing process.

It's not a curing problem, it's just that the paint shop is too busy recently and the exterior surface is too slow to be completed.
Hi JimLee, for the LIGHTCARBON LCE930 Frame - M820 Bafang, can your team install the following before shipping?
    A: motor & battery
B: Rear derailleur housing + cable routing
C: Dropper post remote housing + cable routing
D: Speed sensor housing + cable routing
E: Rear brake and control routing
    F: Crankset, crank arms

Hi JimLee, Thanks for the response. I was just curious if "pre-installed" are an option. No worries, I'm quite confident I can do a new build.

Hello JimLee! Tell me why this frame has a 150mm rear suspension stroke. Shock absorber 210x50. Usually at 50mm the stroke is 130-140mm. I would rather like to see your lightweight frame for the M820.

seems if use rear shock eye-to-eye 210*50mm, the travel is about 140mm I don't know why they write travel 150mm.
our frame LCE930 fit for M820, the rear shock size is trunnion mount 185x55mm,
Carbon bicycle components OEM factory (rims, wheels, frames, etc.)

some standard rear shock size 210*50 can be reach travel 150mm, just like

    2019 Fox Float DPS Performance shock 150mm travel 210 x 50

Our ultra-light EMTB frame has been designed and verified, and now we need to wait for the arrival of 2023. In 2022, we have no budget to develop a new frame.
Where did the frame in your photo come from? Like a familiar sketch,
