I ordered this frame last week. I picked it because the frame supports 180mm front fork and 160mm rear.
The frame is set up for the bafang 43v battery. I will not be using 43v. I will be installing a M510 motor and making a few custom batteries- small 13s1P 4Ah for short trips and a larger...
I ordered an M510 48v with the bluetooth C241 display from Changzhou Fieldebikes Co., Ltd on Alibaba and I received the M510 in less than a week in Florida. Awesome motor. I now have to wait for my carbon frame. I will make a custom battery to save weight.
Hi- Thank you for the measurements and pictures! Nice ride. What size front fork are you using? I wonder if a 180mm 27.5 fork will work up there. Also was thinking of sizing down on this frame.
Hi I am leaning towards getting the same frame as you, the LCE1075 over the LCES004 because of the steeper head tube angle 67. I do not like the modern lower head tube angle. I am also considering the M510 motor in 48v and building my own battery like others. Not liking the new 43v. Wondering...
Hi- I starting a new ebike build. The carbon frame is set up for the Bafang BT F03 battery, which has the dimensions 334mm x 73mm x 86mm and is 43v.
I have many 48v chargers and batteries and do not want 43v. I was thinking of ordering the M510 set up for 48v and using a custom battery...
No its not the LCES004- the first poster clearly states its the Dengfu E05. I am also looking at your frames. And yes, I can make a battery. I made a few of them for my other ebikes.
Hi- am thinking about getting this same frame. Do you still like it? The only frame I can find that accepts a 180mm front fork, 27.5. All the other e-bike frames I could find only recommend 150mm front fork max.
What battery does it use?
Thank you.
Depends on the motor. For the M500, any 48V 13S4P battery configuration with at least 20Amp continuous output should be OK. I believe this motor at most uses 15Amp continuous (at rated 250w/48v it is only 5 amps). Please double check. There are many cheap scooter batteries with this...
I tried to order an E10 but could not. Like you, I will go with the E05 frame.
Can one of you that has an E05 please measure the dimensions of the battery compartment and/or the battery? I would like to make my own battery.
Thank you.
