Purchased a 2020 Levo S Works in Melb Aust . After 12 mths the Gen 2 falied and was replaced with a Gen 3, TCU & wiring. Settings on Mission Contol - Eco 45 /80 ,Trail 70 /100 and Turbo 100/100, Switching fm Trail to Eco, it drops to 5%. On switching up to Trail from Eco,Trail reduces to 35 % and Eco returns to 35 % not to 45 %.On turbo mode ,there is NO reduction in assist and trail returns to 80% . Help please
