After the Stamina rear triangle failure during the Pinkbike field test, Pole got serious and showed they performed an EFBE Tritest on the Voima. Pole Bicycle Company on Instagram: "The question on everyone's mind right now - has the Voima E-bike passed the gruelling EFBE Tri-Test®?! 😬 * * * *...

-Why expand the Factory Racing Team (Announced March 22)
Decisions like this are probably just a few recent examples of those that show poor...
I still haven’t taken it in for a look. I have no issues other than the error being thrown. I’m now of the opinion that I’ll take it in with a few months left on the warranty to maximize “freshness” of any new parts as I leave the warranty period.
Locally I know of another Pole Voima owner...
Interesting, thanks for sharing. They did request a photo of the shock yoke so I’m assuming they have different versions of it and are insuring compatibility, likely due to what you dealt with.
My drive side swing arm cracked. Reached out to support, sounds as though I’ll be receiving replacement swing arms (both sides) as soon as they get a production slot (sounds like they’re still behind due to machine downtime). Overall happy with the response, just hope it doesn’t draw out too long.
I’m using the original 1UP as well, had it for ~11 years, and I have had no issues transporting my e-bikes (decoy, rise, Voima).
With two on it I do drive a little more carefully with respect to speed through rough sections of road.
