Did you ever sort out your battery issues? . I don't understand why the BMS would go dead without voltage. It started out life as just a circuit board without any power at one time. Maybe there is some initialization program. My former Focus dealer said the same thing about batteries...good luck getting one in the USA. So I learned to make battery packs and want to try to rebuild one.
