Power assist is a lot more sensitive with the 36t chainring.

for my rocky mountain instinct powerplay bc with the overtime (extender) pack, that's how i recharge both batteries. i've gotten lazy and have stopped removing the overtime pack off the downtube since there is a charging port on the side of it where I can connect the batt charger.

use the google and search "skateboard bearing". hmu if you still have trouble.

@Miscel76 i forgot had i vid clip of me riding up a small flight of stairs and dropping off ledges on the Instinct BC. The chain never came off (skip to 0:95).

the chain length stays the same. Yes, the chain doesn't come off. I leave my Instinct BC in power level 6 for my normal riding and increase to power level 7 or 8 all the time. no issues with shifting or the chain coming off the chainring.

the "st" will be stamped on the chainring. you can zoom in one of my pics and you can see the "st" stamped next to "drop stop".
