I just thought I'd share my fix for the weak spring upshifting problems that SRAM derailleurs commonly suffer with.
I just added a smaller diameter spring (silvery coloured) inside the original spring to make up for the loss of tension in the original due to stretching. It was fiddly to do and obviously required the pivot pins sliding back to send through the loops on the ends of the springs but it works a treat now.
