Other Specialized 148 freehub micro spline???

Hi all just after some help. Long story short I I snapped my read derailleur off so decided to get a full new groupset I thought if I got all the same I would have no issues fitting and compatibility so I went for shimano 12speed SLX M7100. To my surprise I need a micro spline freehub to fit the cassette. I have bought 2 now and they didnt fit so just after some help please if anyone can? I have added some photos of my wheel it's just the standard specialized 12x148 rear wheel. Any help appreciated thanks in advance.

AFAIK there is no microspline convertion kit available for this hub. You will need a new hub/wheel.

Is it Novatec hub? Then it's maybe not

Then maybe the easiest way is to find used DT Swiss real wheel and buy Shimano Microspline freehub

what exactly have you bought in terms of a groupset?
Your best bet is to return/sell the cassette and get a cassette which is compatible with the rest of the stuff you have bought but fits a standard shimano style freehub.

Yes I was thinking this I have bought the shifter, deruila, chain and cassette. I was trying to keep all the same stuff as though it would keep it simple but this is obviously not the case. Can you get a 12 speed casset that fits original freehub? Im now thinking to get a new wheel with XD freehub and get a sram 12 speed cassette what do you think?

You can buy a SRAM Eagle 12sp groupset with Eagle NX cassete which will fit your current Shimano freehub.

Will the just cassette work with the Shimano shifter and dereilure? Just I have had it two weeks now and have fitted shifter and deruilure to my bike.
