Magura brakes

I have magura mt4 brakes on my haibike. Now the problem I have is that the right break lever won't fully pull out. Did a bleed on it but it's still the same what can I do? It's hard noticeable on the pic but I'll post them anyway

Are you talking about pushing the brake leaver forward (away from the bars?)
If so why?
