Brand new cube not charging

Hi just received my cube reaction got 2 bars on the purion display tried charging it up but not getting any pulsing on display.dont if there is a light on the charger or not but dont seem to be getting any power.any ideas or is it a case of sending it back.cheers

Normally with the power off, plug the charger in and the purion should activate and show a battery bar ?

You can also drop the battery out and try plugging the charger straight into that to check the battery/charger.

I think charger is faulty took battery out plugged in charger 2 bars on battery still no pulsing when charger switched on..so no pulsing either way I charge it but battery is holding charge from factory.Absoblutely gutted

Pop down to nearest lbs with battery n charger get them to check with one of their own chargers
