Yes they do via DPD. Also the website didn't add any carriage charge and they still sent it. It was packed really well and I think it was shipped by the manufacturer direct to me.

Sorry for the delayed response. I haven't ridden far enough to recharge it yet but the battery usage seems to be normal compared to the original. It fits well and doesnt rattle, while the charging socket is well covered

Do you know whether using a battery other than the original will affect the motor warranty ? Or any other bike component?
