Forestal Cyon - GPS Dashboard Issues

Hi There
I am new owner of a Forestal Cyon purchased new 5th May 2023 from Pushys Australia
Having issues getting the GPS to find a signal
Had the bike 2 weeks now and only managed to get GPS to work one time so far
I am leaving bike out in clear blue sky and no luck getting signal after 30mins waiting to ride
Have updated to all the latest firmware etc no improvement
Anyone had the same issues
