Bosch Smart Shutting off, what was your solution?

Since the beginning I had this bike, the Bosch smart system sometimes suddenly shuts off.
Did you also have that on exactly this model ? Was it solved in warranty ? What parts got replaced, repaired ?

Some facts:
1) Bosch Smart system with Kiox300.
2) The problem was there since the first ride and did not get worse or better.
3) Shuts off in milliseconds, everything is immediately dark.
4) Happens +- once every 50km.
5) When pushing the On button, it goes nearly every time on again.
6) Unrelated to wet/cold/fast/jump/charged/...

The fake excuses of the bike shop:
1) Did you put a chip on it?
2) We did an upgrade, it is solved now

I see no other solution than bringing the bike 5 more times to the shop (for 2 weeks) until they eventually replace something.

Return it? Get your money back? Write your credit card company and refuse to pay the bill?

Plugging in the computer that's running the diagnostic software will reveal more than you've stated in your post. That is easy and it should be the first step in diagnosing the problem.

You don't buy it. Your dealer has it. The first thing out of their mouth should be, "Let's plug your bike into the computer and look at the diagnostics."
Good for you.

Mine has a web portal where I can make an appointment, then bring the bike in and talk to person A
After a week low skilled person B phones me with a stange story.
When I go there low skilled person C tells me another strange story.

It wasn't always like that. Now it is.

I just once had that, flashing orange and shutting off, I guess it all heated up a bit too much.

But the problem I have every time time warns nothing, immediate shutoff, as if you would disconnect all power cables.

Try this:
Open Flow App
Go to compoments
Check all components are connected (green dot)
Go ride or move battery while assembled
Check if battery goes off on flow app

If this isn't possible, then:
You need to sort everything (troubleshooting)
Disassemble all power system (battery, battery brackets, wire/harness)
Check for any deposits on contact zone
Check contunity, and check while moving wires
If everything is ok, if not, repair/replace and assemble and torque everything

If it didn't solved, try a different battery, or have your checked (equipment to check battery is over 400euros, so it's possible not all LBS have...).

Give feedback, please.
If nothing above solved the situation, reply please!

So they told me:
"there were error messages"
"we did an upgrade"

Up to me to go riding now, and bring the bike back next week, with the same problem.

Good you mentioned the existance of a Bosch battery tester, I'll ask them to show me.
