Anyone using a shed/summer house as a bike shop/storage? I’m looking at either having one built or buying a flat pack cabin and building it myself. Just trying to get some rough ideas on what size to go with, I’m thinking 5mx3m but not sure.

No matter how big you build it, it's never enough.

Once you put up shelving storage the inner size shrinks dramatically. So decide what inner floor space you want then add in wide storage shelving plus space for a spacious work bench. IYSWIM.
