I think the E version is heavier and more robust (stronger casing) for taking the extra weight of an ebike.
Mine is under 17kg, so I can run the standard ones without any issues.
I put the 'non E' Racing Line tyres on my bike on Friday to test out at the weekend.
I've been using the Wild Enduro F/R for years now, and wondered if the Racing Line version was any better.
It was a cracking sunny day for Scotland on Saturday... warm and dry, with the trails dry and dusty. A...
Not that specifically... but I'm 6ft 2" on an S4 with a 29" rear.
I never even tried the 27.5" rear due to my size... and the fact I built mine from a frameset and couldn't be bothered changing the 3" tyre on my 27.5" stumpy to try it out!
For me, the S4 in full 29'er is super nimble... but...
Have a look on Trailforks. There’s a loop that’s about 11 miles that takes you up a Land Rover type track to the top, and then it’s good fun from there!
If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a look. Especially on a nice day.
I can add an extractor to the top… got a couple of them kicking about at work.
I was going to do 1 part at a time, and hang them elsewhere to dry whilst spraying the next one.
This is the primer…

I want to make a decent job, but it’s for a bike for a nearly 5 year old… so I doubt he’ll notice!
I thought the cans would be a cheap way to try it out… but when...
My daughter is growing fast, and has now moved up from her 20” wheeled Specialized RipRock, to a 27.5” Rockhopper. She looks ridiculous on it, but I’m sure she’ll grow into it soon.
Her immaculate pink Riprock is now going through ‘gender reassignment’ treatment (hope this doesn’t offend...
I’ve learned a lot from this forum over the last 5 years, and there are some really helpful members here. Most of the regulars are a good bunch.
I try to give helpful answers when I can… but occasionally there’s an element of sarcasm to them 🤷🏼♂️
I had similar when changing last year to a gen2 Levo SL.
A few good people on here suggested I tried SQ Labs 30X bars, as you can get them with a 12° and 16° backsweep.
I ordered the carbon 12° ones with 45mm rise, and they've changed my riding completely. No longer do I get aches and...
The point of a forum is to share information. If you look back through the thread, I’m the only one that gives the correct answer.
The manual is available online, and has a complete list of every screw on the bike and what its torque setting is.
I’d say coming onto a forum and leaving a...
Well done in finding a thread from almost 4 years ago. I guess you couldn’t be bothered either reading the manual to find the size of the screw, or trying a couple of Torx drivers either that you’ve resurrected it?! 😂🤷🏼♂️
I bought one of those 'electric air dusters' from eBay for £25 specifically for this.

I wash my bike and use the Peaty's drivetrain cleaner, then dry it all off with a towel. I had been leaving it in the warm garage to fully dry off before applying the...
Not sure what school you went to, but 50% off a £12000 bike would be £6000 off… leaving it costing £6000.
The bike is £12500 and has 40% off - down to £7500.
Although still a hefty discount, it’s not as good as expected! After I read your post the other day I scoured the internet trying to...
