No need, you pull out the whole motor, you can even leave the cranks there. There is no need to even disconnect the motor. You just put it aside and be careful not to drop it.

Also maybe to note, at the time when I was replacing the brake hose, I did not have in the down tube dropper and shifting cables as I am running AXS dropper and shifting, so maybe because of that there was more room. Also the brake hose is at the bottom of the frame attached to the frame with a...

I had to remove the motor and also disassemble the rear triangle, there is such a small gap in the main triangle that I was not able to guide hose through it when rear triangle was joined. But that was maybe just me 😁 No need to remove battery. But headset and motor definitely have to be removed...

    My new scott lumen 900

Yes it does, but you get used to it 😀, if you want AXS dropper you do not have many choices 😂. Either the big axs remote (as I have now) or new axs pod, which is smaller, but was not really ergonomically better. Ergonomically it fits my needs and fingers 100%. And the DT swiss remote is a little...

    Scott Lumen eRide 2023

Yes amazing build, but, remote for front fork removed, using 11s casette and force axs shifter. Wonder what the weight would be using components to keep the full functions and gears

Fuel EXe Official Trek Fuel EXe Megathread!

Yes I have Transmission GX AXS on my Scott Lumen, I have ridden 18k km on “old” AXS and now have 1200km on the Transmission one. To be honest I do not really see any advantages in comparison with the old AXS. Regarding Chainring, I had FSA on it, replaced it with “WolfTooth Trek TQ E-Bike DM...
