I've had confirmation from Haibike Germany that the Yamaha PW-X3 Allmtn bikes with MRS system will be getting a range extender. It won't be available till August this year in Germany. UK Haibike dealers wont be getting it till 2024 and I found a couple of websites now taking pre orders for it...

Yamaha PW-X3 has only just come out, so I'm not surprised you haven't much interest yet. Loads of 2023 bikes, especially from Haibike have the new Yamaha motor.

Battery kit came today, fitted it after work tonight. Very close to shock, I need to double check it clears on full travel. Is removing all the air best way to do that? Not sure if it actually works or not yet, as no way to tell till I go on long ride, and hopefully find both batteries...

They don't use same fluid. Shimano use mineral oil, Hope use fully synthetic dot 5.1 I guess I'm going to have to change the whole lot over apart from the disc's due to them being different fitment style

Do you think that is possible without changing the lines? As will need to remove the motor on both bikes to do the rear line I think. The other issue is the hope floating discs on old bike are 6 bolt. The shimano ice tech disc's on new bike use a lock ring rather than bolts

Only fitted couple of weeks ago, about 60 miles so far. By default it is always on when bike turns on. I did read you can deactivate it, but why would you. Love the all mtn 10, Only thing I'm missing is a range extender that hasn't been released yet unfortunately

I have the Haibike allmtn 10 with Yamaha pw-x3 motor. I've chipped mine with MBIQ-P chip, works perfectly with interface X display. Only takes 10 minutes to fit or remove, tiny little thing. Transforms the bike once chipped, amazing bike and motor.
