There are so many things that I could say but you already have, including the solution. I wouldn't hold your breath, Giant has been screwing around for well over a year and still can't get it right ! Sorry 🤷♂️
Yesterday's 36 km ride was awesome ! Everything just flowed beautifully. This creek crossing was way deeper than I expected, pedals were completely submerged, luckily I just made it through... Then I came across this !
Hey Michb now that we are two years down the road from your original post n problem, how is everything going with your Moro ?
Btw the Controller board still isn't available anywhere for either the part numbers; X1V-86212-11-00 or X1V-86212-41-00
NicoMTB I totally feel your pain! I was the first one to have this exact problem over a year ago. After a motor replacement and no change I was told the same thing , yet my buddies bikes when I rode them on the exact same runs the same way they had no cut out. Giant said it was my fault as well...
Mine kept overheating. Had a new motor replaced same result finally returned and refunded the entire bike. Sorry but I won't ever be knocking on Giants door anytime soon. It seems like Giant is using us for guinea pigs at our expense. ☹️
Bikebert said : "While longer, more cumbersome mudguards may offer enhanced protection for the rider, they often detract from the overall look and feel of the bike, which is something many riders, including myself, prefer to avoid."
Bingo ! I use fenders only when absolutely necessary, it's...
Wow that is one expensive stand, add shipping + and you can get a nice Park Tools work stand for less ! The Park would be overkill but unfortunately the price point on that stand needs to come down by at least 50% to make it reasonable. Just my thoughts.(thanks for the review) 😎
Thanks for the review but I found the rear fender to be too short, it doesn't stop debris from hitting the dropper or my back pack. The length of the fender has to at least cover up the top of the tire and yet some or your going to get wet n dirty . 🤷♂️
Somehow, somewhere I know it has happened to you too ...
The new trail seems like a nice shortcut until it starts to get steeper and steeper and it's you better look ahead or you're done ..
I crossed the canyon to take this pic of the trail... only for goats.. I did see bike tracks initially...
