Fantastic- have had mine out twice on the trails - a great ride. Worrying the motor cut out today on a climb but powered off and on and worked perfectly for 10miles of hard black trails. Happy riding!!

That’s good news re lack of water. I’d say the power board is faulty. And yes, I investigated the popping and noise when connecting the battery but it is perfectly normal. I have used black tack around all the connectors to my motor now and hope that may help keep water from shorting that power...

As someone very helpfully shared with me recently, use a sharp knife to gently split the motor and you can save the gasket for reuse.

Having same issues and error codes 36 and 05. Does this DZ41 plug and play with the 510 FC2.0 because it looks exactly what i'd like coming from the Bosch Purion.

Interesting - when you swapped out the display did this resolve it? Could this be the issue, controller or keypad shorting? No Vitus ones available now but I'm assuming a DPC245v2.0 should be plug and play?
